Are the products cruelty-free?
Yes. Quassar Cosmetics complies with European Union cosmetics regulations, which prohibit animal testing for cosmetics and their ingredients and the marketing in the EU of cosmetics tested on animals under the applicable rules.
Do your cosmetics contain parabens, silicones or sulfates?
No. Quassar Cosmetics products are formulated with natural ingredients. We do not use parabens, silicones or sulfates.
Are they suitable for sensitive skin?
Yes. Quassar Cosmetics products are formulated with sensitive skin in mind.
What is the shelf life of the products?
Most products can be used for 12 months after opening. Check the open-jar PAO (Period After Opening) symbol on the packaging for the specific period for each product.
How long will my order take to arrive?
Orders within Spain usually arrive within 48 to 72 business hours.
How much does shipping cost?
The cost depends on the destination. You'll see the exact cost at the end of the purchase process.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship to several countries in the European Union. At checkout, you'll see availability and shipping costs.
Can I return a product if I am not satisfied?
Yes, you have 14 calendar days from receipt to return your purchase as long as the product is unopened and in its original packaging.
